Mondays - 12pm to 1.30pm

Tuesdays - 9.30am to 11am

Wednesdays - 9.30am to 11am

Wednesdays - 5.30pm to 6.45

Saturday 9.30am to 12.30pm

Aware Movement - What is it?

 Developing and refining the sensory organs through awareness within motion and rest, of the different parts of your body in relation to each other and the earth. 

A physical based psychological and spiritual transformation. 

These classes will guide you to learn from yourself about yourself.

Learn to rest in a variety of aligned positions to change sympathetic (fight/flight/freeze) responses to parasympathetic (rest/digest/heal). 

Micro Movements – connecting electrical flow to underused muscles to improve range of motion.

These classes are for all levels of fitness, flexibility, age and gender. They are gentle in their approach to expanding range of motion and take into account individual situations.
